Are
there any hidden fees?
No.
There are no other extra or hidden fees that you will
pay. There are no fees for cancelling your service either.
Will
the price increase when I renew?
No.
As long as you keep your service with us, the price
& terms will not change, even upon renewal.
Where
are you & the servers located?
Our company is entirely located in Montreal, Canada,
including all of our servers.
Is
the account truly unlimited?
All plans are not measured and unlimited, all of course
within reason. If, for example, you use an excessive
amount of bandwidth, where it clogs up the entire server
that it is located on and affects all other users, then
the best solution would be for you to upgrade to another
solution, such as a dedicated
server. We will contact you to discuss your options
if this situation ever arises for your account.
What
kind of sites can be hosted?
You can have any type of site as long as it does not
spam, has illegal content on it, or breaks the law.
Adult content is not a problem. If your account fails
to oblige to our terms
of service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate
your hosting service.
How
fast will I get my account set up?
Within a few hours. Probably quicker if you buy it during
business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST).
Do
you offer domain registration?
Certainly! We can register domains for you. We just
charge you the cost price, which are typical GoDaddy.com
prices, $10 to $20 per year, per domain name. Prices
vary per domain extension (.com or .ca for example)
I
am not too savvy in setting everything up or transfering
my account to you. Do you provide assistance?
Absolutely!
Once you purchase, you will receive an email with instructions
and our contact info. You can either email us or call
us for help, and we will be more than happy to guide
you through step by step to setting up your account
